Our ACS annual dinner featuring Melbourne’s own SCOTT BOLAND, Australia’s new cricketing hero.
Scotty will take us through his remarkable journey. At 18, he was a massive 118kg (18 1/2 st) and was told he’d be a permanent second XI player at Frankston Heat unless he lost a truckload of weight. He did, beginning his road into the Test team and his fairy-tale six for seven against the Poms in his first Ashes Test in hometown Melbourne at Christmas time.
