The countdown has begun for our Australian Cricket Society and friends Summer in Paradise which includes two early Ashes series Tests between Australia and England from late July 2019.
We are seeking Expressions of Interest from all those who would like to join ACS president Ken Piesse and his wife Susan on this fully escorted, month-long holiday of a lifetime, which includes the best of London, two Test matches and our Grand Finale in wondrous Scotland.
Join us at historic Lord’s as Steve Smith’s Australians take on the might of England for the most coveted cricket trophy of all. We are again mixing the cricket with fabulous sightseeing and culture, our many extras including the majestic, uplifting and sublime Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo.
We travel with a group of no more than 20, ensuring a unique fraternity. Several of our tourists have been with us four and five times. Among many tour bonuses, there will again be several special dinners and guest speakers, thanks to our tour co-ordinators and long-time gold travel partners Events Worldwide.
Test tickets are guaranteed to EVERY day of BOTH the Lord’s Test and one other.
Many delightful alternatives are available for those who prefer not to attend the cricket: the high-summer sales in London… the West End, the Crown Jewels, Buckingham Palace… it’s truly amazing.
Itineraries and our accommodation for our finishing week in Scotland will be confirmed once the dates for the Tests are officially released.
‘We are looking to keep the overall tariff per person for approximately four weeks away to $12,995 to $13,995 per person (twin share),’ said Ken. ‘You will love the fraternity that is the ACS. Nothing beats being at the matches live.’
This is Ken and Susan’s seventh trip to the UK. As always their ACS tour is being co-ordinated by Events Worldwide which can also help plan any overseas extensions after theour time in Scotland.
There are only limited places available. Our friends come from all around Australia.
