The Annual General Meeting of the Society is to be held at the Caulfield RSL, 4 St. Georges Road, Elsternwick on Wednesday, 9th October, 2024 at 7.00pm.
It is not expected to be a long meeting, but there will be an opportunity for questions and discussions.
After the meeting, refreshments will be served. The Annual General Meeting is an important formal event and we urge you to attend and receive an update on the activities of the Society and enjoy the company of your fellow members.

If a member wishes to appoint another member as a proxy, the completed form must be returned to me at least 24 hours before the meeting.
